1. Order Cancellation & Full Refund
We offer a full refund if you notify us within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
2. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
3. No Refunds for Late Deliveries
We do our best to dispatch orders on time, but delivery delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for late deliveries.
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Since our products are custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind after production has started. Please ensure all customisation details are correct before placing your order.
